In 2020, intive established the role of the company's LGBT+ Ambassador in Poland. Konrad Gołęba, Senior Business Designer at intive, applied for the position as soon as it was announced. For over two years now, Konrad has been representing the interests of LGBT+ intivers, consulting with and supporting them whenever needed.
