You will be responsible for:

  • Accountability for DC staff (typically by office-proximity);

  • Holding most of the Production FTEs, with DC Lead responsible for driving culture, performance/utilization, production workforce and efficiency;

  • Capacity Management: Recruiting (incl. Interviewing), Staffing (indirectly through capacity team), Utilization

  • Cooperation with QM and Compliance Department in terms of employees and human resources;

  • Creating an inspiring and positive culture;

  • Adapting global processes to local rules and regulations in conjunctions with HR;

  • Supporting actively sales cases, can take a lead role in bid process;

  • Supporting Employer Branding and Events (in collaboration with HR, Marketing);

  • Driving engineering excellence;

  • Creating individual career development plans in line with intive career path framework and following intive salary policy (in collaboration with HR and Discipline Experts);

  • Establishing productive partnership with peers within units;

  • Managing DC Team of 60+ employees;

  • Understanding business mechanics like revenue, cost, margin and how they are collected (financial KPIs);

  • People development (collection and consolidation of employee assessments, training, and development);

  • Solving problems and complaints that cannot be solved by PM;

  • Supervises production employees except PM (PM line managed by Delivery Director);

  • Together with DC Director, executing grow strategy in particular geography or/and capability;

  • Participating in sales meetings with customers.
