Munich, Germany – March 13, 2022 – intive has announced the appointment of Divya Srivastav as Vice President and Head of Engineering in Europe. Divya will be responsible for overseeing engineering capabilities across Europe and will report to Sławomir Kupczyk, Chief Operating Officer at intive.
With over 18 years of experience in IT services and digital transformation, Divya is an influential woman leader in the European tech industry. She holds a master's degree in computer science and has worked for several tech giants, including GlobalLogic and Publicis Sapient. Her career has seen her take on a variety of technical and management roles, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of both engineering challenges and business demands.
In addition to developing and growing intive's engineering talent, Divya will also be focused on expanding the company's delivery footprint to support its growth ambitions.
