intive Appoints Kathi Wimmer as Chief Marketing Officer

Munich, December 1, 2021 – intive, a global technology company, has appointed Kathi Wimmer as Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. Kathi will oversee all aspects of intive’s marketing globally, developing and executing strategies that will strengthen the company’s position as the driver of digital excitement and premium partner to the world’s leading brands providing people-centric digital products.

Kathi’s hands-on experience in marketing has shaped her belief that bridging data, strategy and creativity helps drive the best customer experiences. At intive, Kathi is going to serve the business by expanding the company’s visibility and positioning the brand for sustained top-line growth.

Kathi brings almost 20 years of leadership and professional experience in Marketing and Communications. Most recently, she led the Central European Marketing & Communications team at Arcadis and positioned the brand as a thought leader for digital and sustainable solutions in the real estate and infrastructure market.

A key part of her work was to digitize the Marketing & Communications function, by rounding off digital skillsets and introducing a data- and analytics-driven mindset, as well as novel approaches to standardization and automation. As a member of the Regional Leadership, she co-shaped various strategic, change and digitalization programs.

Prior to that, Kathi was in charge of Internal Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Public Affairs and Issues and Crisis Management for international corporations such as BASF/INEOS-joint venture, Voith and ratiopharm as well as the leading PR agency Pleon Kohtes Klewes.
