These include increasing your organization’s credibility to guarantee market access to key customers and enabling the growth and improvement of the company, its people, and its clients based on key industry standards.

Here is a breakdown of the recent certifications intive has acquired, their requirements, and benefits.

ISO 9001 (Scope: BU Automotive)

ISO 9001 is a global standard certification for Quality Management Systems that ensures that an organization can provide consistent and high-quality products and services that fulfill customer expectations as well as relevant legal regulatory requirements.

The standard is based on seven quality management principles: customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision-making, and relationship management. The requirements contained in the standard apply to all organizations, regardless of type, size, or product or service offering.

TISAX (Scope: BU Automotive)

As a technology partner in the automotive sector, we are aware of the industry's increasing requirements for information security and data protection. The TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) standard provides a uniform framework for cybersecurity and risk management systems needed for partnerships between suppliers and manufacturers within the automotive industry. A large number of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers now require their business partners to have existing TISAX certification.intive’s manufacturer-specific tests follow the TISAX standards, giving us a great advantage in the market.

ISO 27001 (Scope: Global)

ISO 27001 is a standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) that guarantees a high level of business information security in line with three main principles: confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA). This standard lays out a framework to help organizations adhere to best practices such as ensuring the protection of IT networks and processes, and the protection of data against disclosure, competitive espionage, or terrorism. Several of our customers require this certification, which is now available for all business units and legal entities.

ISO 45001 (Scope: Germany / Regensburg)

ISO 45001 is a standard for Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems and is intended to ensure uniform improvement of national and international occupational health and safety. This standard was developed to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses and to create safe and healthy workplaces. An effective occupational safety & health management system helps you protect and develop your organization’s most important asset: your team. As a globally applicable certification, ISO 45001 transcends geographical, political, economic, business, and social boundaries. So, if your organization operates or trades internationally, you can work to a single uniform standard for managing health & safety in the workplace which can simplify and streamline your business.

As our approach to Integrated Management Systems is based upon the notion of continual improvement, we will always keep up with the latest global standards according to ever-changing requirements and industry conditions. Our next focus is to obtain further certifications such as Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001).
