Located on the TechCampus Regensburg, it is in close proximity to universities and established high-tech companies. Regensburg is one of Germany's top ten economic regions and has long been achieving excellent rankings in economic strength and dynamism assessments.
TechSquare holds up to 400 people, 265 of which will be for intive employees so that they have a space to jointly develop powerful digital concepts. Currently, many of intive's teams work in a hybrid model, spending up to 80% working from home. The office was therefore designed as a place to encourage personal and creative exchange. Built with flexibility in mind, furniture can be rearranged as required to facilitate dynamic teamwork.
"As an employer, we focus on flexibility and togetherness. Our new office building had to reflect this," says Rolf Pasel, Chief Commercial Officer at intive. "Our teams therefore have a wide variety of spaces at their disposal, which they can book depending on their needs at the time." intive design-first approach is now reflected not only in their digital products but also in the company’s new modern location. Connected to the first-floor office space is an automotive showroom that displays completed development projects. The roof terrace, which is accessible from the upper floor, is another attractive feature to encourage employees to come into the office.
To guarantee quality and security, the new location in Regensburg meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and the TISAX standard (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange – AL 3). The respective certifications have already been successfully completed. "As a technology partner in the automotive sector, we are aware of the industry's increasing requirements for information security and data protection. We are therefore pleased that the certification processes went so smoothly," says Lutz Höppner, Managing Director of intive’s Automotive Business Unit.
