Munich, Germany – December 7, 2021 – intive announced today that it has acquired Spark Digital, a leading digital consulting, design, and development provider serving iconic brands in North America. The acquisition establishes a strong platform for growth of intive’s presence in America and further builds its expertise within the Technology, Media, and Communications sector. Already strong in the sector, Spark Digital provides intive a new opening to the US market plus the benefits of a larger, combined nearshore delivery team in Argentina and across greater LATAM.

intive's latest acquisition furthers the ambitious company growth strategy announced in 2020 and follows this year’s historic growth in consecutive quarters. By bringing Spark Digital into the intive Group they will further enhance their collective domain expertise to bring industry-leading competence to their clients.

intive has acquired 100 percent of the stakes in Spark Digital, which will continue to be led by Chris Cali and Francisco Amadeo, the co-founders of Spark Digital. The acquisition of Spark Digital, together with last month’s acquisition of SimTLiX means intive is realizing its goal of expanding its US presence and establishing a core foundation from which to continue its ability to provide superlative support to clients in the US.
