Munich, Germany – March 2, 2023 – intive announced today the appointment of Mark Brincat as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the company, effective immediately. Mark Brincat is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience and a strong background in digital transformation.
Reporting to the company's CEO Gurdeep Grewal, Mark Brincat will lead intive’s technology roadmap, working closely with the Business Units and Engineering teams to accelerate the company's ongoing technology position. He will also play a key role in engaging with intive’s customer community, positioning the company as a technology leader in the market, and advising customers on innovative technologies.

Mark brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked in various industries, including media, recruiting, public authorities, and pharmaceuticals. Before joining intive, he served as Chief Technology Officer at SHL, the global leader in talent innovation, and helped customers to transform productivity through deeper people insight. Prior to that, Mark led the transformation and development of digital platforms for The Economist again as a CTO.
