Munich, Germany – June 8, 2021 – intive announced today the appointment of Marek Mayer as the Group’s new Global Head of Artificial Intelligence. Marek is a domain expert with over fifteen years of experience in AI technology and an impressive background in automotive projects. The appointment comes in line with intive’s strategy to further accelerate the use of AI across client accounts.
Marek is an accomplished professional who has been driving AI excellence at intive automotive for almost a decade. He has worked with clients such as Audi, Infineon, CARIAD, Bosch, Brose, BASF, Esprit and Porsche. He has shaped the new AI division with a focus on machine learning and established himself as a trusted expert with customers from the automotive and information technology industries. Prior to intive automotive, he worked at Virtence GmbH and Elektrobit in the pre-development for Audi.
In his new role, Marek will accelerate the use of AI in projects throughout the intive Group by bundling existing knowledge and levering synergies. As a domain leader, he will help manage the competencies across the company, ensuring that they are tailored precisely to customer needs and the relevant industries.
