How do you define a great candidate's experience?

I believe that a great candidate experience is achieved when the candidate completes the selection process feeling satisfied with their participation, even when they couldn't move forward with the hiring. For this, the foundation of everything is respectful and professional treatment, providing answers to any concerns that may arise at the different stages.

As a Team Lead, what makes a good team?

I believe that a good team is one that is built on a foundation of clear communication, trust, and mutual respect. Effective communication is key to ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities, can openly share their ideas and feedback, and can collaborate to achieve common goals. Trust is highly important as team members need to believe in each other's skills, intentions, and reliability. Mutual respect means that team members are valued for their contributions and are treated fairly and professionally at all times.
