Rajeev Saraf joins intive as the company redoubles commitment to customers and employees accelerating growth in US
Munich, Germany – April 24, 2023 - intive announced today that it has welcomed Rajeev Saraf as the President of Americas. Rajeev brings over 30 years of experience in business and technology services both in North America and globally, positioning him to strengthen intive's business in the Americas region. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, Rajeev will lead the company's operations and business growth in the region.
The appointment of Rajeev stems from intive’s deep commitment to building upon a strong and growing footprint in the world’s largest technology market. Rajeev will leverage intive’s global delivery capabilities and strong industry specific domain knowledge to deliver enduring value to customers and accelerate growth.

Prior to joining intive, Rajeev held several leadership positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions for over two decades, where he headed business units in industry verticals such as Banking and Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel and Hospitality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Technology. Before his tenure at Cognizant, Rajeev worked with IBM Global Services and Fujitsu in India, USA, and Australia.

Rajeev earned his degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bombay, India, and his master's in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. His extensive experience and educational background make him a valuable addition to the intive team, bringing new insights and perspectives to the company's business operations.
