This represents a milestone in dodenhof's digital transformation, with personalized rewards and new features now delivered directly to customers’ fingertips.
Designed with modern consumers in mind, the app leverages digital-first interactions to create a more engaging and convenient shopping experience. This allows users to track purchases, receive tailored promotional offers, and collect points redeemable for rewards.
By leveraging customer data, dodenhof can now run targeted campaigns and create individual customer profiles, paving the way for more strategic, data-driven decision-making. The app also aligns with dodenhof's sustainability efforts by reducing the need for physical cards and offering both printed and digital receipt options.
