Munich, Germany – March 6, 2023 - Oberalp Group, the leader in the mountain equipment industry, announces its partnership with intive to support the digital transformation of the company's six mountain sport brands. The alliance will allow Oberalp e-shops to deliver an outstanding customer experience rooted in composable commerce.
A family business that runs ten subsidiaries in Europe and the United States, the Oberalp Group serves 3,500 retailers in over 60 countries worldwide, including six brands of mountain and outdoor sports clothing such as SALEWA and Dynafit. As a foundational component for developing a holistic shopping experience, intive will provide end-to-end support to implement a state-of-the-art composable approach for the online shops for Oberalp's six brands.
intive’s team will leverage MACH architecture to evolve the customer experience of Oberalp's online shops and to strengthen each brand’s position in the digital world. The first MVP will be for Oberalp's rock-climbing brand, Wild Country. intive will develop a blueprint for a modern headless eCommerce landscape, which will lead to greater performance, increased flexibility and reliability, and simplified maintenance, along with a significant reduction in time-to-market for other brand online stores.
