How does company culture help you grow professionally?

A company with a positive culture, driven by purpose and clear expectations, can motivate and inspire employees to engage more fully in their workload and interactions with others. For me, this fosters loyalty and satisfaction, driving productivity in an environment where I feel valued and encouraged to excel. I believe that offering mentorships, training programs, and other opportunities for learning and development can facilitate career growth, innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement, all of which are essential for personal and professional advancement.

Were there any mentors or role models who influenced your success?

I’ve never had a specific mentor or role model as I always was influenced by various experiences and learning throughout my career. I draw my inspiration from various people’ success stories, challenges I overcome and insights gained from reading and learning independently. However, I often find inspiration in female role models and their achievements in a world where lower expectations are often placed upon them compared to their male counterparts.

What was your favourite childhood game and why?

I was lucky to grow up in the ’90s - 2000s , a time before technology permeated every aspect of our lives. As a result, we spent a lot of time playing outdoor games. My favourites were volleyball and ‘hide and seek’. Volleyball requested teamwork, communication, and physical activity. It was a friendly competition between us which fostered social bonds and also helped us with coordination, agility and strategic thinking. As for ‘hide and seek’ it was mostly the thrill of finding the best hiding spot and the excitement of either being found or remaining undetected.

Spaghetti Carbonara (the original Italian recipe) & Forrest Fruits Cheesecake.

What do you like the most about your job at intive?

My position here at intive helps me get in touch and know employees from various departments. I like that everybody is so friendly. I also like our local events where we all meet and can have a little bit of fun.
