1. What is your greatest challenge as a Sr. Software Engineer?

Trying to convince other developers that web accessibility is not just a mythical creature hiding in the code, like a pixelated unicorn with a screen reader!

2. Which technologies would you like to learn in the near future?

I'm interested in exploring how machine learning and AI (Artificial Intelligence) can be leveraged to enhance accessibility features, such as automatic closed captioning or voice recognition for individuals with mobility impairments. These advancements can make a significant impact in creating more inclusive digital experiences for all users.

3. What do you love the most about what you do at intive?

The collaborative spirit that goes all across the company it simply blows me away! And the chance of being surrounded by talented people makes me keep on pushing my own boundaries every day.

4. Who inspires you and why?

Francesca, my 3 years old grandchild who, with her innocence, curiosity, boundless energy and immense hugs, motivates me to give myself away to work for a much better and more inclusive world for all of those to come.

5. What advice would you give to someone who is just about to enter the IT world?

Just never stop learning! Every day there is always something new that can make you a better professional in the long run. Although don't get mad trying out every brand-new trend, since they can be a one-week fashion. Stick to the principles, core concepts and then move forward. Be proactive by reading a lot, doing online courses, attending workshops, and joining relevant communities to get your hands dirty!
