How would you describe the HR/Comp&Ben job to someone from another planet?

Imagine a forest built with a variety of different trees. Some trees are incredibly rare, while others arequite common but essential to the ecosystem. My job is to understand the role of each tree in my forest,assess their requirements, compare how these trees thrive in other forests, and ultimately adapt ourforest to ensure balanced growth.

What best practices or habits do you attribute to your success?

No decisions before coffee😉but jokes aside, I guess it might be “trying to understand the WHY first (bigger picture)”.Usually, there is some complexity hidden behind business decisions I need to understand before defining the next steps.

In hindsight, is there any advice you would give to your younger self starting on this path?

Self-development requires being stubborn, no matter how often you need to step out of your comfort zone. Itis in those moments that you learn the most, so don’t avoid them. Believe in your instincts.

Who would you play in a movie?

I'd prefer the movie director role — at least, let me say, 'Action!' ;)

What do you love the most about what you do at intive?

Feeling I can make progress on my professional landscape, including learning from my mistakes. Awareness that my team and my leader have my back.
