What do you enjoy the most about being a Scrum master?

I love seeing how Scrum helps people become more effective and self-organized. I also like observing how a group of individuals transforms into a real team.

What makes a good team?

Helen Keller once said: “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” As soon as a team embraces this quotation and acts accordingly, it becomes a good team.

Do you use agile techniques in your personal life?

I have my own personal Kanban Board – it actually can be quite useful for balancing personal workload and organizing household chores. I don’t live in Sprints (yet!), but as I’ve just thought of it, I actually might consider :)

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?

Easy – I hit the snooze button!

If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be?

Hogwarts! I’m still hoping for an invitation letter ❤️ In the meantime, to be honest, I’m really happy where I live now. I have everything I need right where I am: my family, my friends and all my hobbies.
