In hindsight, is there any advice you would give to your younger self starting on this path?

You have to love what you do and not be afraid of the challenges along the way. Create a better working environment for employees, a place where they feel welcomed, and a space where they can grow and collaborate with their colleagues. This role requires strong influencing skills, the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Is there a gadget you can't live without? And why?

Phone and headsets are an essential part of my daily life as I am very much on the go commuting to town.

Determination, innovation, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, collaboration, and attention to detail.
