Munich, Germany – April 12, 2021 – intive announced today the expansion of its Executive Team with the appointment of Brenda Morris as Chief Transformation Officer (CTRO), effective immediately. As the company positions itself for continued rapid growth, Brenda will lay emphasis on promoting synergies between executive initiatives, facilitating change around acquisitions and fostering a fully integrated, agile environment.
Brenda brings to intive over 25 years of leadership experience. Prior to joining the company, she drove operational excellence as Group Chief Operating Officer at SD Worx, a leading European provider of HR solutions, and previously held the position of Managing Director for the Education & Support Services division at Capita, a consulting, transformation, and digital services business. Brenda has hands-on expertise in driving large multi-year initiatives such as business transformations and mergers and acquisitions for global information and workforce management solutions companies. She is also well-versed in the software services sector, having spent over 9 years at Unisys, a global technology company and where she first worked with Gurdeep Grewal, intive’s Chief Executive Officer.
By joining intive, Brenda has the opportunity to collaborate with Gurdeep again, further strengthening the company’s leadership and promoting a transversal vision of the business. “We have an energetic Management Team, strong business units and robust strategies for business development. In her role, Brenda will accelerate collaboration across teams, identify synergies in the business and help with transformation and change management. Her main responsibility as a CTRO is to create an integrated environment and support cross-functional collaboration and integration of new acquisitions. Brenda will be working closely with the executive and leadership team to ensure full alignment in the implementation of the company’s growth plans and strategy.
