intive and Red Hat combine strategic insight with robust cloud technologies to deliver hybrid cloud and cloud-native solutions. One standout example was our work with a global top-tier bank to deliver agile, always-available digital services at scale.
In partnership with Red Hat, intive helped design and implement a hybrid cloud platform built on modern, cloud-agnostic infrastructure. This system streamlined operations across on-premises and cloud environments. We also introduced a containerized, microservices-based architecture using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps best practices for fully automated operations.
This case study reflects the strength of our combined cloud offering: a fusion of intive’s hands-on delivery and Red Hat’s robust technology.

Combining “lift and shift” with an application modernization workstream creates a pathway to reducing costs, simplifying the IT environment, and future-proofing workloads.
As part of this approach, intive offers an Application Modernization Assessment and an OpenShift Virtualization Assessment, with Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) as starting points for clients.

A key project for us was supporting Red Hat in its collaboration with a regulatory agency focused on sustainable agriculture and marine ecosystems. They needed a solution to address data breaches caused by incorrect document submissions.
Working alongside Red Hat, intive supported the creation of a platform that uses real-time AI and ML to extract metadata from unstructured documents. Built on Red Hat container technology, this platform has significantly reduced GDPR breaches, improved security, and reduced development time from weeks to days.
Practical AI implementation
In working on AI projects, we recognized that many companies struggle to uncover and prioritise the most valuable use cases for generative AI. To address this, we’ve developed our four-week AI Sprint. By the end of the four weeks, clients receive a clearly defined use case, a validated prototype, and a clear plan for implementation and roll-out.
